2024 VES Student Awards Now Open

The 23rd Annual VES Awards are now taking entries. Here at Escape Studios we encourage all our students to enter Category 25: Outstanding Visual Effects in a Student Project. The VES awards are sponsored by Autodesk, who make Maya, the leading animation and VFX software. The VES Awards deadline is 31st October 2024.

23rd VES Awards The 23rd annual VES Awards will honour, among other awards, “Outstanding Achievement in Visual Effects in a Student Project“.

Student Project A Student Project is defined as any project that was created by a student or team of students while attending a recognized school – and that was completed during the calendar year of 2023-24.

How Long? Not more than two minutes. What is the Deadline? The deadline is 31 October 2024 Have a Go As always, we encourage our students at Escape Studios to enter competitions like this one. You might not win, but you’ll seriously raise your game, get some great stuff on your reel, and get noticed by people that matter in our industry.
