Giulio Spatola Digital Compositor at RISE FX

Many congratulations to Escapee Giulio Spatola who is working as a digital compositor at RISE FX in London. Giulio studied at Escape Studios, London, where he completed the MA Advanced Compositing course. During his time as student, Giulio learned to use software such as Nuke and Silhouette. Giulio has also worked as freelance videographer – a useful background for understanding of depth of field and camera lenses. Between January 2019 and March 2022, Giulio was a Compositor at Jellyfish Pictures. He started off in the Animation Compositing department and in 2021 he was moved to Compositing for VFX where he worked on Netflix and Disney+ TV series. Since 2022, Giulio has been a VFX Compositor at RISE FX London, where he worked on Marvel Studios productions.
